Our Healing Services
Crisis & Access Help
We offer same day treatment to support our community in crisis situations or for those who need immediate help. Crisis services may include a wide range of access points: phone support, face-to-face, on-site in person, or in and around the community. We will respond if made aware of a crisis situation if there are no nearby resources to assist. Our goal is to provide support and safety when needed.

Mental Health
If you struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, or other emotional challenges, our trained Healers will help you understand symptoms through an integrated lens of western psychology and indigenous wisdom, and offer you culturally-responsive treatment options. Our services include individual, group, and family counseling.
We understand diagnoses and labels often fail to account for the historical roots of suffering, and that for treatment to work it must harmonize with our way of life. Some of the common mental health issues we address include:
- Relationship Challenges
- Suicide Prevention & Education
- Mood Disorders
- Eating Disorders
- Sleep Problems
- Soul Wounds
- Cognitive and Memory Problems
- Sexual Issues
- Risk Behaviors
Mental health symptoms can also be understood as messages with important life lessons if we know how to interpret them. Sometimes symptoms emerge from untreated historical or intergenerational trauma that has been experienced by our ancestors and passed down from one generation to the next. If you are unaware of the role historical trauma may be playing in your life, please make an appointment to talk with one of our Healers.
Also, it’s very common for mental health issues to co-occur with substance abuse and/or addictive behaviors, which can be successfully addressed by our Healers.
Addiction
If you struggle with use of substances or behaviors (gambling, sex, technology, food), make an appointment to see one of our Healers. We can help you better understand the underlying reasons behind why you drink, use drugs, or engage in addictive behaviors, and offer a range of therapeutic options. If you have tried treatment in the past and continue to struggle, please don’t give up hope that change is possible.
If you abuse pain medication or other opioids including heroin, please know there are several Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approved medications that can help you. If you are unaware of the benefits of combining buprenorphine, naltrexone, or methadone with counseling, then contact us so we can offer you education on these important interventions.
Also, if you are concerned about a loved one or friend struggling with addiction, please make an appointment to talk with one of our Healers. We can help you implement a powerful evidence-based approach called CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) that will empower you to help your loved one.
Assessment
Psychological assessment and testing is a collaborative process that we offer in a culturally-responsive way. We use validated assessment tools to identify underlying factors contributing to distressing symptoms and behaviors related to emotional, personality, cognitive, or learning challenges. We work with participants to clarify the questions to be answered by testing, and how we will use the results in our treatment work.
The assessment leads to an understandable written document we review together in order to help maximize the benefits of the process and communicate the results to other parties if desired (e.g. families, schools, treatment providers). Results from assessment can be used to inform treatment and provide recommendations that can be implemented in everyday life.
For children, a report may be provided using appropriate language and metaphors in order to engage them in the process more fully.
If you are unsure whether getting an assessment would be helpful, please Contact Us.
